Havasu Places Four In Stren Top 10

The odds of a local taking the top spot in the FLW Stren Series Western Division tournament just got a whole lot better. Lake Havasu City placed four in the final 10 following Day 3 of the Stren Series tournament. “I'm glad I'm fishing (Saturday). Usually I stumble here," said local Michael Rooke, who sits in sixth place.Justin Kerr, of Simi Valley, Calif., holds onto the top spot going into today's final day of fishing Lake Havasu.

Kerr had 28 pounds, 13 ounces coming into Friday. He caught a five-fish limit totaling 13 pounds to take the lead over Lake Havasu City's Terrence Rath. Rath, who formerly won the co-angler title on his home lake before turning pro, comes into today's fishing with a three-day total of 39-13.
